August Subscription Services: Birchbox!

August 2015 Birchbox Review ~ The Wonky Brow

So this month was my first month with just ONE subscription box. And it was probably one of my most favorite boxes ever! But before I show you what I received, I want to let you know that this post will be shorter than usual because I am changing the format of how I write my subscription reviews. Instead of using the products for a week and reviewing them, I am going to show you everything I got this month and then NEXT month I will review this month's items so that I have more time to test them out. Then at the end of the review, I will show you what I received THAT month and it will be reviewed the following month... Get it? Good.

So here is what I got from my Birchbox!!!

August 2015 Birchbox Contents
Items received:
  1. Air Repair Complexion Boosting Moisturizer (Deluxe size- $2.40 Retail Value). Initial reaction: "Cool, I'll try it."
  2. TheBalm Balm Desert Bronzer/Blush (Sample size- $2.61 Retail Value). Initial reaction: "YESSSSSSSSSSSSSS!"
  3. Coola SPF30 Organic Makeup Setting Spray (Deluxe size- $7.20 Retail Value). This was the item I choose for the month. Initial reaction: "Yay!"
  4. St. Tropez Gradual Tan In-Shower Lotion (Travel size- $5.97 Retail Value). Initial reaction: "Niiiiiiiiice."
  5. R+Co Death Valley Dry Shampoo (Travel Size- $7.37 Retail Value). Initial reaction: "Cool, I'll try it."
Birchbox Total Value: $25.55

I can't wait to use it all and give you my feedback next month!!!!

What did you receive from Birchbox this month? Let me know! xoxoxo

July Subscription Services: Ipsy, Birchbox, and Boxycharm

July Subscription Box Review ~ The Wonky Brow
So there is good news and there is not-so-good news... The good news: This was a slightly better month than last in subscription boxes. The not-so-good news: I still cancelled two of them. <Gasp!> Yes, TWO subscriptions were cancelled. Ipsy and Boxycharm. It's not that I don't love the services anymore, I just have enough stuff. I'd rather put effort into using what I already have (and love) than constantly trying out so many samples. I'm officially #sampledout. I will still have my birchbox every month since I purchased the yearly subscription for that one. And I am thinking about replacing the other two with something a little different... But it's still in contemplation-mode right now. So we shall see. But for now, my July Subscription Box Reviews...
Ipsy:

$10/month for sample, deluxe, and full size (sometimes) products. Sign up HERE!

Ipsy July 2015
Items received:
  • Octavio La Playa Sea Salt Spray (Deluxe size- $7.75). I have not tried this yet since I have been straightening my hair lately, but I am interested in testing this out. I love sea salt sprays and this is a great size to try as a sample. I have never heard of this brand before, so this shall be interesting. Also, the scent isn't too bad (I just opened it up to take a sniff) which is always a plus in my book.
  • Vasanti BrightenUp! Enzymatic Face Rejuvenator (Deluxe size- $5.66). Now this exfoliating cleanser, I love. It has a light fragrance that doesn't bother me when applied to my face. The micro-crystals in this are amazing and exfoliate my skin well. My face feels so soft after using this. Here is a product I would never have thought to try and will now consider purchasing the full size. (That is the point of these boxes, but I have found I very rarely find things I would purchase the full size of).
  • Ofra Eyeshadow and Highlighter in Bliss (Full size but not in compact- $15). This is a beautiful shade. And had I not already received so many other Ofra products, I might have been excited about this. As it is, I'm underwhelmed with the brand as a whole. I will pass this on...
  • Be a Bombshell Lip Balm in French Kiss (Full size- $14). I would NEVER in a million years pay $14 for a lip balm. Sorry. And as far as I can tell, there is nothing special about this one. It's just a lip balm.
  • Tarte Amazonian Clay Waterproof Bronzer in Park Avenue Princess (Deluxe size- $10.31). I have tried this bronzer before (meh). If I hadn't, again I would've been excited to get a deluxe size sample. Passing it on...
Ipsy Total Value: $52.72
Birchbox:

$10/month for 5-7 sample and deluxe size products. Try it out HERE!
Birchbox July 2015
Items received:
  • Stila Stay All Day Liquid Lipstick in Venizia (Deluxe size- $12). OMG. NO. This is not a formula I like... AT ALL. This did not apply well. It looked extremely patchy and didn't get better if I tried to apply more. It also wore away in a really unflattering way and made my lips look cracked and flakey. If you are looking for a liquid lipstick, I'd recommend the Sephora Cream Lip Stains. Now those are amazing.
  • Dr. Brandt Microdermabrasion Skin Exfoliant (Deluxe size- $9.75). I have not tried this yet... But I will. And I'm happy about receiving it. The full size is $78 for only 2oz!
  • Benefit They're Real Mascara (Deluxe size- $8). Once again... I have tried this before (I did say I was #sampledout, didn't I?). Unlike the majority of the people I've heard talk about this mascara, I did not like this. It just did nothing special for my lashes and I do not understand all the hype. #NotAFan.
  • R + Co Atlantis Moisturizing Shampoo and Conditioner (Foil packets- $1.51). This was a fail. I should've gotten two uses out of the shampoo (since I have short hair), but I couldn't tell if this was actually cleaning my hair... So I kept adding more. I also did not like the scent.
  • Marcelle BB Cream Golden Glow (Deluxe size- $4.05). This surprised me, I thought it was going to be to dark for my skin tone, but it actually blends into the skin well and evened out my complexion. It also has a natural, glowy finish to it. Not bad, but I wouldn't run out to purchase it.
  • Rusk Heatshift Re-styling Cream (Deluxe size- $5.29). This is an interesting product. It claims to allow you to restyle any look without having to rewash your hair OR even reapply product. Ummmm... I dunno. But I will try it out... Maybe on a day where I don't need to leave the house. Or even get the mail. ;-)
Birchbox Total Value: $40.60
BoxyCharm:

$21/month for 4-5 Full size and/or 1 Deluxe size product. Try it out HERE!

Boxy charm July 2015
Items received:
  • Gorge I'll Make You Look Amazing Daily Spray (Full size- $29.95). I find this comparable to the It's a 10 Miracle Leave-In Spray. Except It's a 10 smells better.
  • Ofra Universal Eyebrow Pencil (Full size- $13). This is the second time I've received this eyebrow pencil in a subscription box (I didn't like this the first time I got it). This is the THIRD Ofra product I have received from Boxycharm alone. This was the second Ofra product I received THIS month. This is part of the reason I cancelled both, Ipsy and Boxycharm. Not happy.
  • MDMflow Greater Than Mascara (Full size- £21= $32.68). Okay... So here is my problem with this. HOW ARE YOU GOING TO SEND A MASCARA OUT TO THOUSANDS OF SUBSCRIBERS, AND NOT EXPLAIN HOW TO USE THIS "SPECIAL" MASCARA TO BEGIN WITH?!?!?!? Basically, what happened here was... People started trying this out and complaining and generally not liking this mascara. So Boxycharm sent out an email that explains that this mascara needs to be "primed". Ummmm... What?!?!? Check it out HERE.
  • Vasanti Professional Blush Brush (Full size- $29). While I loved their exfoliation cleanser that I got in my Ipsy, this blush brush left something to be desired. There were hairs sticking out at the top that weren't cut evenly with the rest of the bristles. This was just "meh" for me.
  • YourMinerals Transparent Veil Setting Powder (Medium Full size- $26). I didn't get a chance to try this out but I'm willing to give it a chance. It's the one thing that will stay in my collection from this box... For now.
Boxycharm Total Value: $130.63

Overall thoughts... I was happiest with my Birchbox this month. I received 7 items (the card said the conditioner was a bonus!) to try for $10 and the brand/product selection was intriguing. Ipsy was definitely better than last month, but I feel like the products are getting very repetitive. I've been considering canceling for a few months now and figured I should let Ipsy go out with a bang! (Instead of canceling when the month was crap- like last month). Boxycharm was a flop. It's total value is still great for $21/month, but what's the point in me spending $21 when only one item really piques my interest? I'd rather put that towards my Sephora budget and choose exactly what I want. :-D

What did you get this month? Thoughts?? Anyone else feeling #sampledout??? xoxoxo.

June Subscription Services: Ipsy, Birchbox, and BoxyCharm

June 2015 Subscription Box Review: Ipsy, Birchbox, & BoxyCharm

Forgive me but... I've got to be honest. This month was a busy month. And I didn't give all the products in these boxes a chance to test out. And I'm not going to. None of my subscription boxes "wow'ed" me this month. And I'm just going to leave it at that. So this is mainly just a quick recap of what I received and if I will be using it or giving it away.

Ipsy:

$10/month for sample, deluxe, and full size (sometimes) products. Try it out here!

June 2015 Ipsy

Items received:
  • BioRepublic Sheet Masks in Green Tea Detox, Aloe Rescue, and Cucumber Breeze. (Set of 3- $14.95) I usually am not a fan of sheet masks, but I like the way these are cut and cling to your face. I've used the Green Tea Detox mask so far, and I enjoyed it... Which surprised me.
  • J.Cats Liptitude 24/7 Hydrating Lip Stain in LLS115. (Full Size- $5.99) No. Just no. Nothing about this product appeals to me. Passing on.
  • Smashbox Photo Finish Foundation Primer. (Deluxe Sample Size- $9 value) Again, not a product I am keeping. I've tried this primer before. It's not my favorite of the silicone based primers I have tried and I have so many others to try out that I'd rather pass this along also...
  • Trèstique Mini Shadow Crayon in Kona Coffee. (Minis are sold in sets of 3 for $32. $10.66 Value) This was Okayyyy. I prefer my Laura Mercier Caviar Sticks which blend much easier. Again, passing this along...
  • NYC Liquid Eyeliner in Black. (Full Size- $2.99) What the F...?!?!  Why the F...?!?! No, Ipsy, just NO. This pissed me off. I like Ipsy because I like trying new and different things. I do not want to receive NYC eyeliner that I can buy at any drugstore or superstore. Grrrrrrr...
Ipsy Total Value: $43.59

Birchbox:

$10/month for sample and deluxe size products. Try it out here!

June 2015 Birchbox
Items received:
Birchbox Total Value: $17.37

BoxyCharm:

$21/month for 4-5 full size and/or 1 deluxe size product (usually $100+ value).

June 2015 BoxyCharm
Items received:
BoxyCharm Total Value: $125.99

Overall... It was a pretty "Blahhh" month in subscription boxes for me. I also received my Walmart Beauty Box. But that was so bad I didn't even have the energy to photograph it. Hopefully next month is better...

May Subscription Services: Ipsy, Birchbox, and BoxyCharm

May 2015 Subscription Box Review
It's Subscription Box (or Bag) time!!!!! Whoop whoop!!! Once again I have three to go over with you sooooo, without further ado...

Ipsy:

$10/month for sample, deluxe, and full size (sometimes) products. Try it out here!

May 2015 Ipsy

Items received:
  • Klorane Smoothing and Relaxing Patches (Sample- $6 value). These have piqued my interest. They claim to refresh, moisturize, and brighten tired eyes. I enjoyed using them. I found them soothing. But did they actually brighten my under-eyes? I dunno. I'd like to try them out on my sister who is a resident at a children's hospital. She works crazy hours on an ever-changing schedule and has eye bags you could travel with... IJS. (Love ya sis!!!)
  • Cotz Face Natural SPF 40 (Sample- $4.66 value). I'm still trying to figure out what this is?!?! Tinted SPF??? Ummmm. Sorry Ipsy, not interested. #fail
  • Luxie Beauty Tapered Blending Eye Brush #205 (Full Size- $12 value). And then the clouds part, music starts, and the birds and angels sing... This was the standout in this month's bag, in my opinion. I love this brush. It's soft and flexible, but has enough density to blend out your eyeshadow well. I absolutely want another one. That's saying something.
  • Chella Eyebrow Color Pencil in Tantalizing Taupe (Full Size- $18 value). I thought this shade might be too light for me since I have pretty dark brows... But it actually works pretty well. It gives me a much more subtle, natural look. I'll enjoy using this... But I wouldn't repurchase. I prefer to use powder over pencil.
  • Urban Decay 24/7 Glide On Lip Pencil in Ozone + BONUS Revolution High-Color Lipgloss Samples in Bittersweet and Failbait (Deluxe Size- $15 value). I'm excited to have the clear lip pencil. And it's cool that it came with some bonus lipgloss samples. I actually don't have any complaints about the gloss which is surprising because I am not a "gloss girl". But I liked it.
  • BONUS: Mini Makeup Clutch by Breakups to Makeup. Every month Ipsy sends your products in a bag, but this month's bag is GREAT. It's just so adorable!!! They actually sell similar (and larger) versions of this bag in Sephora. And they aren't "inexpensive" (to be polite). I was really excited to see this brand make mini versions just for Ipsy!
Ipsy Total Value: $55.66

BirchBox:

$10/month for sample and deluxe size products. Try it out here! (You can test it out for only $1 for your first month!! Use code "TATIOFFER" when you check out)

May 2015 Birchbox
Items received:
  • Harvey Prince Sea Salt Texturizing Mist (Sample- $1 value). This month I got to choose one of my samples and this was the item I chose. (They also had the Macadamia Hair Oil but I already have a sample of that and wanted something different.) I chose the Sea Salt Mist because I currently use one by Redken (LOVE) and wanted to try a different brand. Eh. The scent is great. But I think the Redken works better for me.
  • Shiseido Ultimune Power Infusing Concentrate (Deluxe Size- $19 value). This is supposed to be used in combination with other serums to help enhance their benefits. With most skincare, you need a good 30 days to tell if a product is working for you (because that's how long it takes for your cells to regenerate on average), so while I am super excited to continue trying this out... I can't give you an opinion on whether or not it's "working". It does have a good fragrance... And who wouldn't feel fancy using a Shiseido product?!?!
  • Notting Hill Femme by English Laundry (Sample- $2.65 value). This was not a "me" scent. This was my friend Mel's scent. She will enjoy it. And I will enjoy passing it on to her.
  • Cynthia Rowley Beauty Creamy Lip Stain in Dahlia (Deluxe Size- $9.29 value). Meh. I'm not a fan. I don't feel like this ever "set" on my lips and stained them. It also went on patchy and was not very opaque at all. #bummer
  • TokyoMilk by Margot Elena Bon Bon Shea Butter Rich Lotion (Deluxe Size- $8.70 value). Once again, the fragrance of this just wasn't for me. I did try it out. The texture/consistency was good and it absorbed well into the skin... But I couldn't handle the scent. This also is getting passed on to Mel. (Both this and the perfume had a very floral, musky scent that just don't work with my chemistry. I'm a more fresh, fruity, citrusy, sugary type person. Lol.)
BirchBox Total Value: $40.64

BoxyCharm:

$21/month for 4-5 full size and/or 1 deluxe size product (usually $100+ value). Try it out here!

May 2015 BoxyCharm
Items received:
  • The Lip Bar Lipstick in Purple Rain (Full Size- $20 value). I will be the first to admit... When I saw this shade, I was like "WTF?!?!?!" But then I tried it. And I liked it. A LOT. This is definitely a color that wouldn't work for everyone, and it's not a color I would EVER have chosen for myself... But I really have fallen in love with it. It's very creamy and doesn't dry out my lips. It glides on smooth and gives great color immediately. My only complaint is that the bullet is pretty soft, so when you apply it to your lips you have to be careful with the amount of pressure you use because it could break.
  • Lauren B. Beauty Nail Polish in Sunset Blvd (Full Size- $18 value). Great summer color. Good formula. Applies easily and well. Not streaky at all. Opaque. Dries fast. All good things!!!
  • Bodyography Essential Brow Trio (Full Size- $19 value). Another item I wasn't too excited to receive... And then I used it. The powders are so soft and blend into your brows so easily! I love it and will continue to use it. #TotalShocker
  • Bodyography Brow Brush (Full Size- $19 value). Decent brush. Love that it has a spoolie on the end.
  • ModelCo Bronze Shimmer Bronzing Powder (Full Size- $24 value). This box would've been a slam dunk if this had been a matte bronzer. But alas, 'twas not to be... Still a great product, just not something I personally will get use out of.
BoxyCharm Total Value: $100

Overall... It was a decent month. BoxyCharm is still my favorite. Ipsy wasn't toooo far behind... BirchBox... Well, hopefully next month is better... I do, however, find it funny that I received a purple lip product in all three bags (pic below!)... What about you? Did you receive any of these items? Thoughts? Let me know!!! xoxoxo

April Subscription Services: Ipsy, and Birchbox, and Boxy Charm. Oh My!

It's that time of month again, MAIL TIME!!! The days I receive my beauty subscriptions are my happiest mail days. And yes, I signed up for another one... Birchbox.
~ Birchbox ($10/Month) ~

Birchbox was actually the very first box I ever signed up for, before Ipsy and longggggg before BoxyCharm. But after I started receiving my Ipsy bag, I felt like Birchbox just wasn't for me and I cancelled. However, I've noticed that they've changed things up since I was last a member. There is a new point system for reviewing products (for every 100 points you get $10 to shop in the Birchbox store), and you now have the option of choosing one item that will be guaranteed, choosing a "Guest Editior" box, or being completely surprised. For this month I was completely surprised since I signed up AFTER they sent out the selection email...
April 2015 Birchbox
Whish Shave Crave Shaving Cream in Blueberry. OMG. The smell of this stuff is amazing. In the tube. When I actually used it, it took on a very strange scent that I was not a fan of. Also, if you are like me and prefer to shave with products that create a foam, this is not for you. This is a creamy consistency that reminds me of hair conditioner. Lastly... I used this whole tube in one shave session. Granted, I probably over used it... but that's because I kept feeling like I need more. And more. And more. I would not purchase the full size at $20 a pop if I'm just going to use it up in the blink of an eye.

Cynthia Rowley Beauty Brightening Illuminator. This was just average for me. It's a beautiful highlight but the consistency is extremely runny, similar to Benefit's High Beam. If you like liquid illuminizers, you will enjoy this. If you aren't really a fan of liquid products, keep it moving...

Beauty Protector Protect & Oil. In one of my very first Birchboxes I received a leave in conditioner from this brand that smelled so amazing, I bought the full-size. This smells exactly the same, like fresh baked goods with icing or something. And it leaves your hair feeling soft. I like it. I would consider purchasing it if I didn't already have enough hair care products.

Temple Spa Peace Be Still Calming Face & Body Balm. That is wayyyyyy to long of a name. And I couldn't use this. I just find the scent repulsive and refuse to put this on my body and especially my face. Also, I don't like the consistency of this product. The fact that it's a balm, to me, means it should be thicker and it's just not. No thank you.

Supergoop! Advanced SPF 37 Anti-Aging Eye Cream. I don't really have a feeling about this product. I don't plan on using it. It was a waste for me. I'm just not interested. Sue me, I'm not on the Supergoop! band wagon. And I think they are in subscription boxes far too often.
This was just so-so for my first month back with Birchbox but I'm excited to see what next month's box will be since I will get to make a choice!!!
~ Ipsy ($10/Month) ~

I have to be honest... I'm considering canceling my Ipsy. I have been receiving it for a year and a half and I'm just feeling very "Mehhhh" about it... But I just can't bring myself to do it. Some months are amazing, and others are not. But those good months, are just so good. It's the IpsyCycle and it's a vicious one...
April 2015 Ipsy
Hikari Cosmetics Blush in Tango. Okay, I'm torn here. It a full size blush. It's beautiful. But I'm tired of seeing the same brands over and over. I wouldn't have chosen this for myself. I don't plan on using it. But most people would probably be ecstatic to receive a product like this. I think I'm just jaded...
Lather Ultra Light Face Lotion. This I like. It doesn't have a strong scent and absorbs into the skin quickly. It's flaw is that it doesn't contain a spf. Night cream it is...
MicaBeauty Eye Primer. This is another miss for Ipsy. I wasn't excited to see a potted eye primer to begin with, but THEN I got an email about funky green/black spots in some of the samples. They say they are just from bubbles formed during the cooling process but who in their right mind wants to put something with unidentified spots on their face?!? I emailed Ipsy and they are sending me a replacement product. Can't wait to see what it is...
theBalm NUDE Dude Eyeshadow Single in Flirty. I probably would've been really excited about this item if my One Month, One Palette project last month wasn't on theBalm's NUDE'tude palette, and if I had liked it. So... Meh...
Mullein & Sparrow Mini Lip & Cheek Tint. Now this I was excited to try because of the clay mask I had received from this brand in February's BoxyCharm. That being said, this did not meet expectations. I didn't like the scent. I didn't like how thin and slippery it felt on my lips. I tried it as a cheek tint and it did give a nice flush but it wore off my skin within a couple hours. Boo.
Maybe next month will be better... Maybe not. It might be time to say goodbye, at least for now. We shall see.
~ BoxyCharm ($21/Month) ~

Behold the wonder that is BoxyCharm...
April 2015 BoxyCharm
Hands down, my favorite box. Of life. This box costs $21 a month and this month's total value is over $147. #win.
Coastal Scents Revealed 2 Palette (Full size). YESSSSSSSS. When I found out this was going to be in this month's box I was thrilled. I've been dying to try one of these Coastal Scents Palettes and this more than makes my $21 worth it. Some of the shades are harder to work with than others but over all, this is a great palette.
OFRA Illuminating Blush Stripes (Full size). When I saw that we weren't going to be receiving an OFRA eye liner, I did a happy dance. This is a gorgeous highlighter. I personally have to stay to the "upper" stripes because that gold at the bottom is a tad to glittery and, well, GOLD for my skin tone. But the other three shades are beautiful, singly or combined.
Vincent Longo Due Eye Pencil in Lime/Forest (Full size). I am on the fence with this one. It seems a little hard to use, it doesn't glide like I prefer my eye pencils to. BUT the Lime color is just so cool. I love the shade. I'll keep this around.
Coolway Smoothing Lotion (Full size). This claims to give smooth, manageable hair with no frizz. I live in Florida. There is no such thing as "no frizz". But It gave a valiant effort. It also doesn't help that my hair looks like Albert Einstein's if I don't use a flat iron. Regardless, I will use this. And it's colorsafe.
Harvey Prince Signature Mini Roller Fragrance (Mini). Now this was a NOOOOOO. It is just not my type of fragrance. This is a "grandma" type scent, except not MY grandma. My grandma smells good. But this is just not for me. At all. Ever. No.
Overall, I love my subscription boxes and I got some pretty cool stuff this month. What do you think about it??? Do you already receive these boxes? Let me know!!! xoxoxo

Hello Charmers! ~ March BoxyCharm

Yes, I subscribed to another beauty box. Here's the deal. I love Ipsy. But I still wonder what else is out there... I just wanted to try something different.

March was my second month receiving BoxyCharm and mine came LATEEEEE. I live outside of Orlando, FL. and BoxyCharm delivers from the Miami, Fl-area. You'd think I'd have mine the next day... Not the case. My estimated delivery date changed from the 16th to the 18th and then ended up being the 23rd. (The box actually shipped on the 12th). For some reason my box went from Miami to Orlando. It was stuck in Orlando for about a week and then appeared in Fort Walton Beach, Fl. (somewhere in the panhandle- I didn't even know people live in the panhandle... KIDDING!) About three days after that, I FINALLY received my box. Now I know that's not BoxyCharm's fault- ahemUSPSahem -But it's still a little frustrating. I had contacted BoxyCharm when my tracking info hadn't been updated for those 5 days and they kindly let me know that they could ship a replacement box for free, ONE time. So keep that in mind, fellow "charmers".

BoxyCharm is a monthly beauty subscription that costs $21 a month but instead of sample sizes, you receive 4-5 full size products and 1 deluxe sample/travel size item.

All that being said... This box was just so-so for me. There was haircare, skincare, nail product, and makeup. Which is a good variety... I'm just not super excited by the actual items. Here's what I got:

Oscar Blandi Hairspray (travel size- $11 retail value)- Meh. I mean I'll use it eventually. I guess. Hairspray just isn't a necessity for me.

Previse Nutrify Skin Type 1-6 Universal Tonic (full size- $48 retail value)- This stuff claims to "hydrate and speed healing while fighting free radical damage and surface irritants." I will try this... But while I will be able to tell if it's hydrating, there's no way for me to really know if it's fighting free radical damage. In either case, I love to try new skincare products...

Ofra Eyeliner in Navy (full size- $13 retail value)- I. Do. Not. Like. This. Period. It does not glide. It is not soft. It is not smooth. And I do not wear navy eyeliner. Ever. #sorrynotsorry

Ofra Eyeliner in Navy
LVX Nail Lacquer in Mynt (full size- $16 retail value)- Now this, I like. I love the color I received. It's very similar to Essie's First Timer (which is an all-time FAV), but a couple shades lighter. It's a good formula. Though it claims to have a gel-like finish which I don't completely agree with, it's still great.
Top Left: LVX Nail Lacquer in Mynt (WITH flash)
Top Right: LVX Nail Lacquer in Mynt (WITHOUT flash)
Bottom: Comparison with Essie's First Timer (on thumb) and LVX's Mynt
Tarte LipSurgence Lip Tint in Charmed (full size- $24 retail value)- This is a decent product, one I've tried before. I'm just not on the Tarte "band wagon". Call me a rebel. Their products just don't wow me. It's a nice shade. It's minty. I'm just meh. Not excited. But not upset either.

Tarte LipSurgence in Charmed
Overall total retail value of $112... For just $21. Not too shabby. I'm not a 100% convinced this box is for me, guess I'll just have to wait and see what I get next month... ;-)

Are you subscribed to BoxyCharm (if not, click here to join!)? What did you get or what do you think? Let me know!!! xoxoxo.
